Our clients own the site on Wadestown’s steepest drive-able street – a 1-in-4 gradient in this part of Weld St! Challenging access on local roads made the first choice of a transported modular Te Whare-iti impractical, so this two-bedroom home on two levels, based upon the Te Whare-iti plan, will be built in-situ. Construction will be complete mid-2020.

Wellington Potters’ Association owns a 1960s building in Thorndon originally built for a drama school. Aonui is managing the re-roofing and re-cladding contract to ensure the 600 members and their work stay dry and secure for another 50 years.
