Where a small shed once stood, there will soon be a brand-new garage/boatshed and sleepout for our Happy Valley clients. The barn style garage will feature exposed trusses, high ventilators. and a sliding barn garage door. A deck with pergola links the garage to a sleepout, providing a place to sit and enjoy a glimpse of the ocean. The buildings will be clad in macrocarpa.
